The Himba tribe of Namibia exist on a pastoral plane far removed from the excesses of Western culture. These nomads wander the desert with their herds, carrying little in the way of possessions with them. Their idea of beauty is in adornment of the body and their elaborate hairstyles - rubbed with animal fat and ochre to a coppery sheen.
